Tax season: your earnings summary and documents
Where to find the figures and paperwork you need for quarterly filings and the annual income tax campaign.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Your tax paperwork, in one place
The Taxes page collects everything LeyApp can prepare for your tax filings: a per-year earnings summary with a quarterly breakdown, a CSV export for your advisor, and a calendar of upcoming filing windows.
The figures cover your consultation income earned through LeyApp — completed, paid bookings only. Income you earn outside the platform is not included.
These summaries are a convenience, not tax advice. Filing obligations depend on your personal situation — always confirm them with your tax advisor (asesor fiscal).

Where to find it
Open Taxes in the dashboard sidebar (just below Invoices). The page is available on web on any device.
The earnings summary
Pick a fiscal year and you'll see your consultation totals for that year. The numbers are calculated from completed bookings that were actually charged — the same basis your payouts are calculated on.
Amounts are shown in euros, IVA separated from base fees, so they map directly onto the boxes your quarterly and annual forms ask for.
What each figure means
- Consultations — the number of completed, paid bookings in the year.
- Base fees — the sum of your consultation fees, before IVA.
- IVA collected — the VAT charged on top of your fees, which you pass on to Hacienda.
- Total invoiced — base fees plus IVA.
LeyApp's 15% platform fee is paid by the client on top of your fee and invoiced by LeyApp to them. It is not part of your income and does not appear in your summary.
Quarterly breakdown
The quarterly table splits the year into Q1–Q4 by the date each consultation was completed, so you can copy the figures for a quarter straight into Modelo 130 (IRPF instalments) and Modelo 303 (quarterly IVA).
Exporting a CSV for your advisor
- On the Taxes page, choose the fiscal year in the earnings summary.
- Click Download CSV. The file contains the quarterly rows plus the year totals.
- Send it to your advisor or import it into your accounting tool — it opens directly in Excel.
The tax calendar
The calendar at the top of the page lists the filing windows that apply to you: the quarterly filing periods, the annual IVA summary (Modelo 390), and the income tax campaign (Renta / IRPF).
Dates follow the official calendar for your country and region. Windows currently open are marked, and upcoming ones show how many days remain.
Tax season alerts
LeyApp notifies you before each filing window opens and again on the day it opens, and in January when your previous year's documents are ready. Alerts arrive as in-app notifications, and as push notifications if you have them enabled.
You can switch the push and email reminders off at any time in Settings → Notifications → Tax season alerts. The in-app bell notification follows the platform-wide notification behaviour and stays on.
Why don't my summary and my payouts match?
The summary groups income by the date the consultation was completed, because that is what tax periods are based on. Payouts can land in your account days later, so a payout received in April may belong to a March consultation — and to Q1, not Q2.
Where are my invoices?
Invoices you issue to clients for your fees are your own — LeyApp does not issue them for you. The invoices listed at the bottom of the Taxes page are the ones LeyApp issued to you (if any); their PDFs are on the Invoices page.
A quick routine that works well: when a quarterly alert arrives, open the Taxes page, export the CSV for the current year, and forward it to your advisor the same day.
