Tax documents for clients
Where to find the invoices for your consultations and how tax season reminders work.

What LeyApp gives you for tax season
Every time you pay for a consultation, LeyApp issues you an invoice for its service fee and emails you the PDF. The Taxes page gathers those documents per year so they are easy to find when you (or your advisor) prepare a tax return.
Where to find it
Open Taxes in the dashboard sidebar. You'll see your yearly totals at a glance, plus the tax calendar for your country.
The individual invoice PDFs live on the Invoices page — every document LeyApp has issued to you, filterable by year, with a CSV export.
What you'll find there
- Per-year totals — how many invoices you received and the amounts, IVA separated.
- Invoice downloads — one click to the Invoices page for the PDFs.
- Tax calendar — the filing windows for your country, such as the annual income tax campaign.
The invoice for the lawyer's own consultation fee comes from the lawyer, not from LeyApp. If you need it and haven't received it, ask your lawyer directly — LeyApp only invoices its service fee.
Tax season reminders
If you had paid consultations last year, LeyApp reminds you when the income tax campaign approaches and when your yearly documents are ready in January.
You can switch the push and email reminders off at any time in Settings → Notifications → Tax season alerts. The in-app bell notification follows the platform-wide notification behaviour and stays on.
Whether legal fees are deductible depends on your situation and is not something LeyApp can determine — check with your tax advisor.
