What this walkthrough covers
- 1
Open the proposal form
From a sponsored booking, click Propose case package. The form opens with the booking pre-selected as the source.
- 2
Two-factor authentication required
Case packages are a financial commitment — LeyApp requires an active authenticator app or passkey on your account before you can submit.
- 3
Set the total amount
Enter the full envelope amount in euros. This is what the sponsor commits to, regardless of how many sessions you end up running.
- 4
Estimate sessions
Estimate how many consultations the matter will take. This is informational — the envelope is what controls billing, not the session count.
- 5
Describe the case
Write at least 20 characters explaining the matter. The sponsor sees this when deciding whether to approve.
- 6
Submit for sponsor approval
Click Submit. The sponsor receives a notification with the approval link. You can withdraw the proposal until they decide.
