Welcome to the tour
In a few minutes, you'll see how to register your firm on LeyApp so you and your colleagues work as one verified team.

Solo or firm?
If you practice alone, skip this. If you work with other lawyers, registering your firm unlocks a public profile, shared branding, and a grace period.

"Firm" section
This is the firm dashboard entry point. First time here you see two paths: create a new firm, or join an existing one with an invitation code.

Joining a firm
If a colleague invites you, you'll get an email or an 8-character code. Accept in one click — your profile picks up the firm's branding within seconds.

Wizard — step 1
Start typing the firm name. We search 300+ Spanish firms plus everyone already on the platform. If it doesn't appear, you create it from scratch.

Wizard — step 2
Firm details: legal name, description, website, city, phone, address, founded year. The description appears on every team member's public profile.

Firm documents
Upload your CIF or NIF and a letter from your bar association. Private storage with signed links that expire in one hour.

Domain verification
Enter an email on your firm's domain. This is what gives the verified badge real weight: you prove you actually run the firm.

Members & roles
Three roles: Owner (you), Admin (manages members + settings), Member (manages own bookings + profile). Promote from the three-dot menu.

Invite your team
Three options: single email, a 7-day code you can paste anywhere, or bulk invite with a progress bar. Each lawyer accepts in one click.

Templates for solo, small, and large firms. Set fee rules, visibility between colleagues, and branding enforcement. Members update instantly.

Individual privacy
Each lawyer can tighten — never loosen — what the firm sees of their work. Firm policy is the ceiling; individual privacy is the floor.

Delegates
Assign receptionists or paralegals to manage a lawyer's calendar on their behalf — all under EGAE 2021 "on behalf of" attribution.

30-day grace period
When someone leaves the firm, their active bookings continue normally for 30 days. Nobody loses a consultation because a lawyer changed firms.
