# Sponsored bookings — for organizations

Invite beneficiaries, set budgets, and coordinate across your team of caseworkers.

## Organizations that sponsor on LeyApp

NGOs, social services, employers, and community groups use LeyApp's Sponsor-Org mode to pay for legal consultations on behalf of beneficiaries. A team manages sponsorships, budgets, and reporting from a shared dashboard.

Organizations see metadata — who they sponsor, how much they spend, booking status — but never chat content or case details.

## Getting started

Contact beta@leyapp.es to onboard. Once approved, you receive an invitation to create the organization, invite team members, and send your first sponsorship invitation.

## Setup steps

1. Create the organization (name, logo, CIF/NIF, billing contact).
2. Invite team members with the role they need.
3. Add a payment method at the org level (billed monthly or per-booking).
4. Invite your first beneficiary — they receive an email and review before accepting.

## Managing beneficiaries

From Organization → Sponsorships you see each beneficiary, their consented permissions, budget status, and recent booking activity. Expand a row to see the full details.

Beneficiaries can accept, decline, or revoke sponsorship at any time — your team receives notifications for each change.

## Budget limits

Each sponsorship has its own budget (amount, number of consultations, or unlimited). Budgets are enforced at booking creation, not after.

Top up, raise, or lower a budget at any time from the sponsorship row. Changes apply to future bookings only.

> **Note**
> Budgets are per-sponsorship. If a beneficiary is covered by two separate sponsorships from your org, they have two separate budgets — consider this when planning cohort funding.

## Notifications

Your team receives notifications on booking creation, completion, and cancellation. Choose real-time or daily digest per team member:

- Real-time — in-app + email as events happen. Best for caseworkers actively managing bookings.
- Digest — one daily summary email at 08:00 local time. Best for managers who just need the overview.

## Team roles

Roles determine what each member can do inside the organization:

- Owner — everything, including billing and deletion. One per org.
- Admin — sponsorships, budgets, team invites.
- Member — day-to-day caseworker: sees assigned beneficiaries and can send help.
- Viewer — read-only access to dashboards and reports. Cannot create or edit sponsorships.

> **Warning**
> Viewers cannot see chat content either. LeyApp never exposes chat to org team members regardless of role.
